NAIMA I.Q. Award Nomination Form

Do you have a customer who uses NAIMA 202-96® (Rev. 2000) fiber glass insulation in metal building construction? If so, your customer may be eligible to receive the prestigious I.Q. Insulation Quality award from the North American Insulation Manufacturers Association (NAIMA).

  • To nominate a builder, please provide the information requested on this form to NAIMA. (All fields are required.)
  • You may nominate more than one candidate, however you must submit a separate form for each.

  • All nominations must be submitted no later than June 15, 2007.
